About Joni McClintock

Please allow me to introduce myself.  I am a native Oregonian and have lived in Oregon most of my life.  I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Social Welfare.  I am committed to community involvement through my local church and other organizations.  I am active in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Salem Association of Realtors (SAR), Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS), Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) and the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) as well as being a participating member in the Brian Buffini organization - ”working by referral“.  I am highly skilled in networking, sales, communication, negotiation and follow through.  I am a people person, excellent in coordinating transactions, facilitating and building quality business and client relationships. I love to work with both buyers and sellers.  I truly enjoy helping the first time home buyer find their first home!  My all time favorite was the first time buyers who were in their 60′s.
